Feedback session

After Step Two is completed, the neutral Child Specialist meets with parents to give feedback and recommendations aimed at effective co-parenting and developing a parenting plan focused on the best interests of their kids. Feedback can be provided in a three-way meeting, but is often most effective when done in a four-way or five-way meeting that includes other professionals on the team, e.g. coaches, mediator or attorneys. Feedback is given verbally. Open discussion is encouraged to address concerns and clarify issues.
